I have attached the installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 36267.
The installation requires no drilling and is really a pretty easy install. You just need to lower the exhaust and use the existing holes ion the frame on your Cadillac. Then raise the exhaust back into place and that's it.
To clean out the existing holes and weldnuts on your vehicle you can use part # 814092.
