Question:
Was the 6foot bed dimension referenced a nominal size. I measured the bed on my 2003 SR-5 and it is 64. Will part #551129 fit it? The old cover that I have has a frame length of 6foot 6inch and a width of 57inch I noted that it wont fit with bed caps. Im not familiar with the term bed caps.

The 6-foot bed length dimension is a nominal measurement, just to distinguish this type truck from the 8-foot long bed versions. Bed caps are cosmetic toppers that sit on top of the left and right bed rails, the top horizontal surfaces on either side of the truck bed.
The Craftec Hatch-Style Low Profile Tonneau Cover # 551129 fits your 6-foot-bed Tundra whether or not it has bed caps or the Access cab.
