We do sell programmers/monitors for your 2007 Ford F-350 6.0 liter diesel that will give you increased power and give you a few more miles per gallon depending on how you drive.
I would recommend the part # EP96TR as it is both a programmer and monitor which will give you the increased mileage as well as a coach that will allow you to use driving habits to increase mileage.

The part # EP84130 is a monitor that will give you the driving coach but not the programming capabilities.
