Will a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Fit a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4

Question:
I have a 2005 Ford Focus zx4, four doors, sedan and this hitch. why wont this hitch work on a zx4? Seems like I need more spacers? What exactly is a st or street appearance model? It seems like I have to big of a gap and need more spacers to get a tight fit?? Does the spacing not line up properly or are more spacers needed? do I need to do additional drilling? Can I make it work in any way? Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated!!

For the 2005 model year all Ford Focus sedans were ZX4 and would then either be an S, SE, or SES. If it only has ZX4 on it then it is an S model.
Your 2005 model would not have the Street Appearance Package because that was not available until the 2006 model year.
If a hitch won't fit there isn't anything that you can safely do to it or the vehicle to make it fit. It can make the hitch unsafe to use. But if you have the regular sedan (ZX4) then this will not be an issue.
