I spoke with my contact at K Source regarding the Extendable Panoramic Rearview Mirror, # KSRM012. He stated that it will fit over an On Star mirror on your 2001 Chevy Blazer. The only limitation will be limited access to one of the buttons on the right hand side of the mirror. It will still be accessible just not as accessible as if the mirror was not there.
