I have a 2004 Toyota Crew Cab, 5bed. The Big Bed Load Extender looks great. Will it work in all configurations for my vehicle. Also, what do I do about the cab end so I dont have the load resting on my cab? Do you have the front end solution?

As long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2004 Toyota Tacoma the Erickson Load Extender # EM07600-07601 would work well.
For a roof rack you would then need the following:
