Im looking for a Hitch and wire for Range Rover Sport SE V6 2016, please if you have this on stock and fit without modification on the body, just let me know

We have both products you are looking for. For a trailer hitch for your 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport you would want the part # 75229 which is a confirmed fit and then for trailer wiring part # C56293.
There would be no drilling for installation of the hitch but there will be some trimming of an underbody panel on the vehicle. I attached a picture that shows where it would get trimmed.
