I have a reese friction sway control 83660, I am looking for the ball that goes on the receiver, is it available by itself?

The replacement ball you can use with the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit, part # 83660 is part # RP58060.
This is a 1-1/4 inch diameter ball and it has a 5/8 inch diameter shank.
