Question:
Is your hitch 75952 the same hitch that the car dealer would use? Where is the best place to take my car to get the hitch put on? Since I am a 73 yr old lady fairly mechanical, I probably need to get it installed wouldnt you agree?

There is one big difference between the Draw-Tite hitch # 75952 and what the dealer would sell for your 2015 Nissan Murano; price. Aftermarket hitches are every bit as good, if not better, than the dealer option and are almost always much less expensive.
Installation of this hitch is not all that difficult and I have linked a video showing an example installation for you. But at just 73 years young, while I'm sure you could install the hitch, you have earned the right to have someone else do it for you! A trusted mechanic could install the hitch for you or an RV dealer with a service center. Installation time for this hitch (professional installation) is estimated at just 15 minutes. Some places might just charge a half hour labor, up to 1 hour. If they quote you more than that I would go somewhere else to have the hitch installed.
If you choose to install the hitch yourself I do recommend an extra set of hands to assist in holding the hitch up and moving it around during the installation.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And for trailer wiring you can use # 118660 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video showing how the wiring installs as well.
