Question:
I need a wiring adapter for a 2016 Ford Explorer to a Tekonsha P3 electric brake controller. I have a 3035 harness but it looks too big for the plug under my dash. Is a 3035S any smaller?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The 3035-P is the correct harness to install the P3 part # 90195 in your 2016 Ford Explorer. The # 3035-S is basically the same connector with the only difference being that it has 4 blunt cut wires instead of the connector that would attach directly to the vehicle.
It sounds like you may have found the wrong connector. Look for a grey connector just behind the plastic shield near the emergency brake.
