I want to purchase the SR7095 XL Cargo Box. I have a 2013 Audi a4 with a bare roof, what rack do I need to purchase to use the SR7095 XL with my car. Thanks!

The SportRack SkyLine XL Roof Mounted Cargo Box you mentioned is no longer available, and that particular box was only compatible with roof racks that have a 21-1/2 inch crossbar spread, it doesn't have enough adjustability. All the roof racks we offer for your A4 have a bar spread (distance between front and rear crossbar) between 27-30 inches.
This being said, SportRack offers a box with the same capacity, the Vista XL, part # SR7018. This box is compatible with bar spreads of 25-7/8, 27-7/8 and 29-7/8 inches.
Rhino Rack offers a reasonably priced roof rack that would be compatible with the Vista XL. The roof rack would consist of the following parts:
Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA118S-2 for silver or # RRVA118B-2 for black
Roof Rack Legs, part # RRRLKVA
Vehicle Specific Clamp Kit, part # DK208
