I spoke to my contact at Westin and he informed me that the Ultimate Bull Bars are not universal and that they design each one to a particular vehicle, so as long as the one you have came from the following vehicles it will fit onto your 2003 Toyota Tundra with this replacement hardware kit.

Here are the vehicles which will have the same Bull Bar that will fit your Tundra:
2001 - 2007 Toyota Sequoia All Models
2000 - 2003 Toyota Tundra All Models
2004 - 2006 Toyota Tundra All Models, except Double Cab
2004 - 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab

If your Bull Bar matches this then the replacement hardware kit that you will need to mount it onto your Tundra is the # 32-136PK.
