If you are looking for the complete fifth wheel rail kit for your 2016 Ford F-250 short bed you would want the part # RP50026-58 which is a custom fit kit that would install much quicker and easier than universal rails.
If you only needed the brackets and not the rails you would instead want the part # RP50026 and # 58164 for new hardware for the rails to the brackets. This hardware is designed to be torqued down one time so you would need the new hardware kit to replace what you have.
