Actually for your 2013 Ford Fusion we don't have any trunk mounted bike racks that are listed as fits but I do have a solution I can provide. You would first need to install a trailer hitch but then a hitch bike rack would be your best solution.
The most popular bike rack we carry that has been confirmed to fit this vehicle is the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058. For a hitch you would then want the part # 24897 which is confirmed as a fit.
