I have a 2016 f150 with a 6 1/2 ft bed. does the 2015 also fit the 2016. I also have a pop out step near the front of the bed. Does that need to be removed to attach.

Both of the TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs you referenced, parts # TLF2018 and # TLF3007, are confirmed fits on your 2016 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2-foot bed if it is either a Crew cab or a Super cab. It will not fit a regular cab version according to my contact at Torklift. The under-bed step will need to be removed for installation.
