Question:
Hi there. Im looking to get a bike rack to carry four bikes on my 2016 Toyota Highlander two adult and two kids 20 and 24. Am looking at the Saris Freedom Superclamp, Thule 2 Classic or the Kuat NV 2. I think I like the flexibility of the Thule and Kuat, being able to go from 4 bikes to 2, but am not firm on the need for that. Also trying to factor in how easy these are to put on and take off, as we wont leave them on all the time, and my wife would like to be able to put them on and take them off herself. Any advice on what the best route to go is? Thank you.

All three of the bike racks you mentioned are great options. Since you mentioned ease of installation I would recommend going with the lightest option of the three as that will make the biggest difference there.
The Freedom SuperClamp part # SA4026F weighs in at 63 lbs, the T2 part # TH69TX weighs 96 lbs, and the NV part # NV22G-NA22G weighs 82 lbs.
Between those three I would go with the SuperClamp because it is considerable lighter than the other two. But honestly these three racks are easily the nicest three racks on the market so any of them will do an excellent job.
