Is Drilling Required to Install Draw-Tite Front Mount Receiver on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler

Question:

I want to purchase the draw time front mount trailer hitch receiver #65069. I am aware that this will fit my 2015 jeep wrangler sport. But do I have to do any drilling or will the pre drilled holes in the hitch fit my pre drill manufactured holes in my vehicle? thanks
