I currently have the following Reese WD Hitch: Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW - Code: RP66084. I have also upgrade my truck to Ford F350 with a Class V receiver, so that means my 2x2inch Class IV Shank will not fit my new Class V receiver. What Shank can I get that will fit the 2 1/2x2 1/2inch Class V receiver and the existing Head? Or do I need to get a new Head that will fit a new Class V Shank? Just to complicate things...I flipped the axle on my trailer, so I heed a Shank that has a 8-10inch rise.

You can certainly upgrade your weight distribution shank to fit your new Class V, 2-1/2 inch hitch and existing weight distribution head.
For your Ford F-350 Class V hitch and Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66084, I recommend the Equal-I-zer Weight Distribution Shank, 2-1/2 Inch Hitch # EQ90-02-4900. The rise and drop of this shank is measured with a head from an Equal-I-zer weight distribution system, but will still allow you to have a rise between 8 inches and 10 inches to tow your trailer level.
This shank will work well with your weight distribution system and your Ford OEM trailer hitch.
