I HAVE A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA GT I WANT TO INSTALL A BRUNO OUTSIDER MODEL # ASL-250 A/B TO CARRY A GO GO SPORT 4 WHEEL MOBILITY SCOOTER. SCOOTER WEIGHT 100 LBS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR A HITCH ?

All of the trailer hitches for your 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT are Class I hitches rated for 200 pounds tongue weight. The carrier you use will have to be compatible with a Class I hitch and the combined weight of the scooter and the carrier cannot exceed the 200 pound tongue weight capacity of the hitch.
For a trailer hitch I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24902 because the Curt hitch has special requirements for non-trailer loads that the Draw-Tite hitch doesn't.
We have several Class I compatible cargo carriers, see link, but none with a ramp that would be ideal for a scooter since the Bruno Outsider will not work with a Class I hitch. I checked on the other models Bruno has and your best bet is the Chariot since it is on wheels and is compatible with Class II hitches.
