Yes, you can use the Prodigy RF brake controller # TK94FR on your 2011 Lexus LX 570. The Prodigy RF only needs a functioning 7-Way trailer connector (specifically the 12 volt circuit and brake signal circuits) to work with a vehicle.
It looks like your vehicle comes with a factory 7-Way connector so you will be good to go! Should you ever need to replace the 7-Way I recommend # HM11143910 because it will just plug right into the vehicle wiring where the original 7-Way plugged in.
