Will this one fit and if so can I just get mounting brackets because I do believe I have this same exact one with no mounting brackets and if so which mounting brackets do I need thank you for your time

The polished stainless steel grille guard for your 2004 Chevy Silverado 3500 is # 45-1240. We do have the mounting brackets and hardware for this grille guard; # 40-124PK.
You would not be able to tell the differences in models just by looking at pictures of them. The differences are subtle but important. Each grille guard model is contoured to fit the truck and the mounting holes on them for the mounting brackets are not in the same places among the different models.
