The Thule Sidekick Roof Mount Cargo Box, # TH78GC, will fit on your 2009 Audi Q5, if it has a factory roof rack that includes cross bars that run side to side.
If your roof does not have cross bars, you will first need to add a roof rack system. You will need:
Thule Fit Kit for EVO Style Foot Pack, # TH186019
Thule EVO Roof Mounted Foot Pack, # TH710601
Either SquareBars, # TH712200, or aerodynamic WingBars in either silver, # TH711200 or black, # TH711220
