Question:
which hitch do i need?and will a hidden hitch interfere with my original bumper style hitch currently attached to the frame? thank you for your assistance

This is the correct Hide-A-Goose gooseneck trailer hitch for your 1998 Dodge Ram 3500. Trailer hitches at the rear of the vehicle attach to the frame at points at the end of the frame, so it should not interfere with the installation of a Hide-A-Goose which installs more towards the center of the frame.
