Can you tell me what the bolt circle dia is on a Dexter 4 hole mount 8k 12-1/4x3-3/8inch brake is?

For Dexter 8k rated brake assemblies that have 4 bolt mounting pattern and are 12-1/4 x 3-3/8 inch you would be referring to the part # 23-434 which has 3-5/8 inches between the left and right holes and 3-7/16 inches between the top and bottom holes.
