I have a westin bull bar off of a 2008 toyota tacoma. I was wondering would it fit a 2008 toyota fj cruiser. If so do you all have the mounting brackets for the fj cruiser?

Products like bull bars are designed to be vehicle-specific and they also use mounting kits that are likewise vehicle-specific and product-specific.
The Westin bull bars that fit a 2008 Toyota Tacoma do not fit a 2008 FJ Cruiser. The two linked pages show you the Westin bull bars that fit both vehicles. You'll note that none of the items share fits with these two vehicles.
For a black powder-coat version use # 32-2215.
