I have a roof rack solution for you, but SportRack does not list the Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # SR1008 as a fit for your 2006 Mercedes-Benz C230.
For a similar roof rack and is confirmed to fit the 2008 Mercedes-Benz C230 with a naked roof I recommend the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK100. This roof rack offers aero load bars superior to those in the SportRack option. The 46 inch crossbars and the custom fit kit will fit great on your vehicle.
