There's no reason you couldn't install the Chevrolet Bowtie LED Lighted Vehicle Emblem # RP86618 on your Chevy Malibu. It is designed to be installed as a replacement emblem for a truck, but it is pretty universal meaning that if you wanted to install it on a vehicle there would be nothing stopping you.

You should note that this emblem is the much bigger emblem you see on the truck tailgates. It measures 10-1/2" wide x 4" tall.
