Why is it so difficult to find the right mounting kit on line for my 2001 GMC Sierra 2500. It Had a regular cab and full 8 foot bed. Has toe hooks on front. Thanks for you help.

The correct 2-point mounting kit to install a SnowBear Winter Wolf Snowplow on your 2001 Sierra 2500 long bed is part # SB397-014. I've confirmed the fit with SnowBear. The only time the tow hooks have any bearing on the installation is if you're installing a front mounted hitch to serve as the plow's attachment point. Since you're wanting to use the 2 point mount, the presence of the tow hooks won't matter.
