Question:
I am looking at your Draw-title front hitch 65017. I have a 1994 Ford Ranger, with front crossmember. Will the draw-tite hitch fit around the crossmember?

I have attached the installation instruction for the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch, part # 65017.
As the instructions show, installation of the hitch deals with the stabilizer bar and also with a front air dam. The instructions do state that the front air dam would need to be trimmed before re-installing. You can check out the instructions and see where the crossmember you mentioned is in relation to the mounting holes shown.
