Recommended Tire Covers For Venture Boat Trailer

Published 11/17/2015

Question:

Hi, Im looking for wheel covers to fit on my Venture trailer I have for my 17 foot aluminum bass boat. The main use would be for winter storage. However, I think the wheels only measure about 14inch and I did not see any covers that you offer that are in that size. I see you do have ones that fit 18, would these still work for mine or would they be too loose and possibly come off from strong winter winds or anything? Thanks

From my research I found that most of the Venture boat trailers that would be used for a 17 ft bass boat have 13 or 14 inch tires and wheels on them. A 13 to 14 inch tire/wheel can run from about 24 inches to 27 inches diameter.

If you find you have a 13 or 14 inch tire on your trailer I recommend cover like part # CAM45331. These covers will fit tires that range from 24 to 26 inch diameter. The vinyl covers protect the tires from weather and they have elastic that helps hold the tire cover in place and also a buckle that can be tightened after the cover is in place. There are 2 covers included in the package. These are a Colonial White color. If you prefer Artic White covers you would need part # CAM45321, and for Black the cover is part # CAM45246.

If you look at the tire and find it is not a 13 or 14 inch tire, let me know what size you have and I will be glad to see if we have a cover that will work for you.
