In order to replace the straps on your Rhode Gear Super Shuttle 3 Bike Carrier RG8015127, you will want the Replacement Cradle for Rhode Gear Super Shuttle Racks # RG8890084. This replacement part includes the cradle and strap. The straps are not sold individually.
For the side and bottom straps you will want the Replacement Side Lower Strap for Rhode Gear Trunk Mounted Bike Racks # RG8890248. For a replacement stabilizing strap you can use part # Y8890253.
