The difference between the two roof racks you referenced is that one uses a through bar design where the crossbar comes through the feet of the rack and the other is a flush mount design where the crossbar stops at the inside of the feet. The flush rack is more of a factory looking rack option whereas the through bar design gives you a bit more crossbar to work with.
For the through bar setup you would need the part numbers # RRVA118S-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK114.
For the flush bar setup you would need the part number # RR88ZR.
