What hitch can I get to work on this bed? I am towing an 18,000 lb trailer and do not want to convert to gooseneck. Fifth wheel hitch for cm hauler bed er model

Since your flat bed truck would sit higher than a standard pick up truck bed you would need to go with the low profile Reese hitch part # RP30054 for a fifth wheel to tow your trailer. A standard height fifth wheel would sit too high to allow your trailer to sit level.
Installation of the Reese low-profile fifth-wheel trailer hitch may require welding and moderate fabrication to ensure that the hitch is connected either directly to your vehicle's frame or to a substantial steel support structure that connects to the frame. Do not fasten to your truck's floor only. Seek out a qualified fabricator for this.
