What is All of the Hardware for that Comes with the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit

what are the Two threaded holes in flang for???? Is it some adjustment??? 3x3 fold a way coupling fulton

I am not sure what threaded bolts you are refering to on the Fulton hinge kit # FHDPB330301. There are 16 bolts, 8 for each end of the hinge to bolt it to the trailer tongue. Then on the outside there is one long bolt that joins the 2 halves of the hinge together and that is where the tongue will pivot. And on the opposite side there is a long pin that you would pull out so that you could swing the trailer tongue.

I have included a picture that shows all of the hardware laid out which should make it more clear.
