The trailer hitch itself, # RP30051, is not vehicle specific so you will just need the proper installation kit for your 2016 Ford F-250.
You can use installation kit # DM8552000-71. It will fit long or short bed models. This is a custom installation kit so it does not require drilling into the truck frame for installation.
You can also use universal installation kit # RP30035, long or short bed. This kit does require drilling into the frame for installation.
