Can you have both an air ride suspension and a fifth whwel hitch on a 2014 ram 3500 dually long bed? I have an RV dealer tell me you couldnt because the hitch would mount to where the air bags go.

Yes, you can install air suspension enhancement on your 2014 Ram 3500 and have a fifth wheel hitch installed. Firestone has confirmed that their kit part # F2616 (2 wheel drive models) and their part # F2615 (4 wheel drive models) will fit your truck and will allow a fifth wheel hitch to be installed at the same time.
The Reese Select Plus fifth wheel hitch part # RP30081 that you referenced would be an excellent choice for a hitch, but for a rail kit to install this hitch you would want a custom install kit like the part # RP50085-58 that will minimize drilling and install time compared to a universal kit.
