The manufacturers do not provide 3D or CAD drawings of their products. The Gooseneck Coupler Head, part # WF2 flange diameter is 6-7/8 inches and the thickness of the flange at the bottom of the coupler is 3/8 inches thick.

I went to our warehouse and took some measurements of the WF2. I have attached a photo that has those measurements shown.
