How to Flip Display of Pilot Brake Controller

Question:

have been using the pilot for about 2 years worked fine, last trip had different reading on display, i finally figured out it was now upside down?? nothing has changed?? but display/

You may have had an intermittent issue with the power supply since here is the recommended method for flipping the display of the Pilot part # 80550.

1. Disconnect Black Wire (Battery) from tow vehicle.
2. Wait 5 seconds.
3. Reconnect Black Wire (Battery) DO NOT apply brake pedal or manual slide knob while connecting wire.

Check the wiring of the power wire as it sounds like there is a loose connection there.
