Im trying to decide if the 118304 will fit my 2006 Toyota Sienna and how hard it would be to install.

For your 2006 Toyota Sienna there is a plug and play wiring harness available, # 118304. This harness will fit, and just plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring. There is no splicing into the vehicle tail light wiring required.
