I want to install one bar of this rummage sale rack on my 2008 Tacoma dbl cab pickup. What do I need? I will also be purchasing artificial rain gutters for the back of my topper to use my Quick and Easy rack. I have canoe brackets.

Since it looks like you have a Q-towerYakima crossbar setup you would only need the correct fit kit so that it could install on your 2008 Toyota but the clips for those towers are no longer available. Instead you will use the following:
BaseLine Towers # Y28TR
RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536
BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06125 and # Y06128
Hopefully the crossbar is at least 58 inches long. Otherwise you would need the part # Y00409 as well.
