Hi, Can I use these with a Curt system? Curt does not seem to have and equivalent bolt-on and skinny chain hanger.

Yes, you could use Reese chain hanger brackets # RP58306 with a Curt weight distribution system. Curt does have a set of skinny brackets # C17508 but they are specifically for the TruTrack systems and there is no where to hang chains.
