Question:
Need to know if the white and tan wire are the brake line to attach the red wire from the brake controller. I have it hooked up and can use the slider on the brake controller and brakes work. But when I push the brake pedal I do not get a reading on the brake controller and brakes do not work. Thank you.

It sounds like you haven't found the correct wire for the stoplight switch on your 2015 Jeep Wrangler. What you will need to do is use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and test all of the wires going into the brake switch to find the one that only has voltage when the brakes are applied. You will use this wire for the stoplight switch of your brake controller.
Most likely the wire you are looking for is white. But I don't know that for certain so you will still need to test.
