Shouldnt this fit other model years, ie my 2010? Also does this interfere with the manual folding ?

I have a solution for you, but the K-Source Custom Blind-Spot Mirrors # KSCW2000 that you referenced only fits 2004 to 2008 Ford F-150s so it wouldn't work for you.
Instead you would want the stick-on blind spot mirrors like part # KSC0600 that would work well on your vehicle.
