The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75676, for the 2010 Lexus RX450h installation is rated as moderate difficulty. The difficulty ratings are easy, moderate and hard. A second person would help the installation go a little easier.

You would need to remove the lower fascia underneath the back of the vehicle. It will need to be trimmed and reinstalled after the hitch is installed. There are two tow loops that will need to be removed, one on the drivers side frame rail and one on the passengers side frame rail. The tow loops can be reinstalled with the hitch or left off. Remove hole plugs from the driver and passenger side frame rails. There will be weld nuts that are attached to the frame that the bolts will screw into when installing the hitch.

Before installing the hitch it is recommended to clean the corrosion from the weld nuts on the frame with a Battery Post and Terminal Cleaner, # DW00254. Then spray them with a spray lubricant like WD-40 to help lubricate them. Put the hitch up to the frame and attach the bolts to hold the hitch in place.

Then you would have to trim the lower fascia and reinstall it to the vehicle. I've linked you to the installation instructions, as well as to an install video. If you'll be towing with your hitch, you'll need some additional accessories to complete your towing system:
