Will these fit the european-style slot on the OEM crossbars of a 2015 mini countryman? I want to use them to anchor a drt 9kuat dirtbag see attached picture to make a bike fork mount. Thanks for your help.

I have a solution for you, but we do not have any fit information on if the Tandem Euro Hardware Kit # RKY0511 would fit the tracks of the crossbars on your 2015 Mini Countryman and if the Kuat Dirtbag would work with them. There's a ton of unknowns in that setup since all of the parts were designed for different applications.
The Yakima Forklift part # Y02098 has been confirmed to fit your crossbars and would work well.
