Question:
I want to put a Mobility Scooter lift on my Mazda 5.The lift is an AL160 Profile Scooter Lift from Harmar. The scooter weighs about 160 lbs. I have a 2013 Mazda 5 minivan. What hitch would work best.

All of the hitches we offer for the 2013 Mazda 5 are Class I hitches that have a 200 lb tongue weight rating. You would want the Draw Tite part # 24874 as it does not require the use of a stabilizer strap with a carrier like the Curt does, and doesn't come with a ball mount that you wouldn't need.
If the carrier you are interested in weighs less than 40 lbs and is Class I compatible then this hitch would work well for you. If not, then you would have to look into a small trailer option.
