I would like to mount a hitch on my KZ E200S trailer to pull a 15foot Bass Tracker boat. I would like to use a frame mount hitch. Can you make a recommendation as to what hitch would work best for me? The #13703 will not fit between the frame support and the drain for the sewer tank.

The frame mount trailer hitches that fit on RVs and trailers are sort of universal products though they may not fit on everything like you have found out with the Curt hitch # 13703. A hitch such as # C13701 has fewer mounting options and fits a smaller range of frame widths (18 to 51 inches wide). Take a look at it and the instructions I have linked to determine if it is a better fit.
The other options include using a weld-on truck hitch, see link, or to have a hitch custom fabricated by a professional welder. I have also included a link to the hitch fabrication parts we carry.
Please note that in many states, towing a trailer behind a trailer (tandem towing) is not legal. Be sure to check the laws where you will be traveling so as not to get hit with a hefty fine!
