Looking for the best Rhino Rack system to use for my 12 foot kayak. I want to be able to haul a camper with the Kayak on the roof. I understand that I may need to ratchet strap the boat in the front and the back to the bumpers in addition to the securing system. Please make a recommendation.

For your 2013 Toyota Tundra Crewmax you can use Rhino-Rack Aero crossbars # RRVA150B-2, leg kit # RRRLKVA, and custom clamp kit # DK079. Then you will be able to use Kayak Carrier # S512.
Regardless of which carrier you use you will need to secure the bow and stern of the kayak. If you already have straps or rope then that will work. Or if you need something I recommend the Yakima tie down kit # Y04031.
I do not recommend ratchet straps because it is too easy to over-tighten and cause damage to the roof rack or vehicle.
