I've looked through the various steps we offer, and have been unable to find anything other than the Westin running boards like the # 27-0010-1395 that you mentioned.

A slide out work step like part # CARR501030 might work for you, but it's a universal application. This means that you'd need to devise your own safe method of attaching it to the underside of the vehicle. Because of the nature of the product, the top of the step would almost be flush with the underside of your van, which wouldn't lower your step-up height by much.
