Question:
Installed C16413-204 5th wheel installation kit. there were rubber spacers supplied with my C16536 5th wheel. The pins to hold the 5th wheel wont go through the slots if the spacer is in place and it raddles to much if the spacer is left off. Is there a trick to putting the pins in,

You will want to put the rubber spacers on the mounting tabs of the Curt Hitch part # C16541 before you drop the hitch into the rails that are installed in your bed.
The first few times you install the hitch the cushions will make the pin pretty tight, but after a few times they will install a bit easier.
Some people like to replace these every year, for that you would want part # 16900.
